An online order is processed as soon as the payment from Marmelstein has been accepted. Miss Marmelstein reserves the right to refuse orders from customers involved in previous payment problems. Marmelstein also reserves the right to request all necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Marmelstein is only involved in carrying out orders received when supplies allow.


DELIVERY
Deliveries to the mainland within the Netherlands. Any order placed before 3pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day or within 2 weeks depending on our delivery time table as mentioned at purchase. All orders placed on a weekend will be shipped the following Monday and all orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the next business day or within the framework of our delivery time table as mentioned at purchase.
Shipping is provided by DHL Express. Marmelstein cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We also package and ship our parcels with the greatest care, so we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels at the hands of DHL Express. Because we ship with DHL Express, it is always possible to follow your package with Track & Trace.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is managed by DHL Express. Depending on the destination it will take 2 to 5 working days. Costs: € 15 within Europe and € 25 for the rest of the world.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request an exchange up to 15 days after placing an order. All costs for returns shipped from the mainland of the Netherlands or outside the mainland of the Netherlands are at the expense of the customer.


RETURN POLICY
If the customer requests a return, the product must be in brand new condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Before you return it, mail to info@missmarmelstein.com. Clearly write your order number, which product will be returned and for which product it wants to be exchanged.
We advise the customer to use a delivery service that provides a tracking number. If the return request is declined by Marmelstein, it will be returned to the customer, they will not receive a refund or an exchange. If a product is returned with a return request attached, Marmelstein will automatically refund the customer or issue a voucher.
Marmelstein vouchers can be spent on any product available on our e-store and are valid for one year. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers and are only valid once.
