Online Order Processing
An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by Marmelstein. Marmelstein reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who have been involved in previous payment issues. We also reserve the right to request any necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Marmelstein is only responsible for fulfilling received orders if stock availability allows.

Deliveries within the Netherlands
Deliveries apply to the mainland of the Netherlands. Any order placed before 3:00 PM on a weekday will be shipped the same day or within 3 weeks, depending on our delivery time as stated at purchase. All orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, and orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day, or within the stated delivery timeframe at purchase.

Shipping is handled by Post NL. Marmelstein cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. We package and ship our parcels with the utmost care and therefore cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of PostNL. As shipments are handled by PostNL, all parcels can be tracked using Track and Trace.

For purchases under a total amount of €50, a shipping fee of €3.95 per parcel applies. Orders between €50 and €500 are charged €8.95. Orders above €500 are shipped free of charge.

International Deliveries
International shipping is handled by Post NL. Depending on the destination, delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days. All shipments over €500 are free of charge. For purchases under a total amount of €500, a shipping fee of €35 per parcel applies.

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of placing an order. All return shipping costs from within or outside the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
If a customer submits a return request, the product must be in brand new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Before returning an item, please email info@marmelstein.nl. Clearly state your order number, which product is being returned, and which product you wish to exchange it for.
